 Translates the company Indonesia go-to-market sales strategy into defined and quantifiable sales objectives, goals and definitions of targets (i.e. customers, volumes). In conjunction with the Regional Director SE Asia, helps to set the budget and is accountable for the overall management of livestock commercial sales in Indonesia. Accountable for the development and execution of detailed customer plans of activities to pursue, reassess, and ensure sales targets and goals are achieved. Ensure development of negotiation and closing plans and attractive value propositions to selected key accounts as well as through distribution.
 Drive key account management and planning, including understanding customer decision making processes, delineating organizational structures for each account, and determining how best to align the company value proposition with the customer’s key needs. This will
include a strong grasp of what resources are needed at what stage in the Sales Process to effectively negotiate and close commercial deals. In addition, anticipating risks and subsequently crafting mitigation plans to respond to said risks will be paramount in ensuring success in the role. This role must be comfortable with the technicalities of the Indonesia livestock industry and in presenting the company value proposition, which will include details of the Mode of Action, benefits, and services in which the company delivers value to its customers. It also liaises closely with the Marketing and Technical teams to deliver said value proposition and help build a strong foundation of trust and sustainable

25%: Customer Relationship Management
 Initiates, develops and maintains a long lasting set of customer relationships with a broad set of influencers and decision makers, especially for select key accounts (Integrators, feed mills, large farms). Facilitates strategic intercompany networking between company and customers to provide value where needed and maintain a high level of service to help customer achieve its goals.
 Develops deep industry/market knowledge and collaborates cross-functionally to identify and inform emerging industry trends and potential business opportunities. Using company’s sales framework, this role will seek to understand and identify customer needs and actively support the design and deployment of product and service solutions.
 Finally, this will support the collection and maintenance of key account data via customer relationship management (CRM) tools, which will be a critical component for effective sales management and long-term customer growth in Indonesia.

Education, Experience, Skills
Required Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary studies or animal science (nutrition, immunology, virology, husbandry)
 Fluent in English; Native Indonesian
 Over 10 years demonstrated expertise in sales related to animal health and nutrition, feed manufacturing and animal production or applicable field in Indonesia
 Strong network and reach in the key poultry and swine accounts in Indonesia


 Over 10 years demonstrated expertise in technical sales related to animal health and nutrition, feed manufacturing and animal production or applicable field in Indonesia.
 Strong network and reach in the key poultry and swine accounts in Indonesia
 Demonstrated proven success in development, application or leadership of technology to support business growth
 Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, influence and collaboration in a decentralized organizational structure
 Strong analytical and conceptual skills
 Effective communication skills both written and verbal
