Direct management and overall responsibility for the Sales and P&L Budget in
 Drive sales of all company products in Indonesia, including launching of new
 Reports pro-actively all activities in the markets; tracks and forecasts progress
of sales and marketing programs.
 Oversee management of Distributors in Indonesia, ensure targets are set for
each distributor, in line with Company Budgets, and ensure actual sales are
closely monitored and achieved
 Implements sales, marketing and technical support for influencers, distributors
and customers
 Leads local distributor’s sales/technical teams. Proactively works with the
team to focus activities on meeting sales targets and developing new business
 Identifies and implements new business opportunities
 Provides key account management support
 Maintain CRM system for end customers in Indonesia
 Work with GM SE Asia to:
 Prepare and maintain agreements with Distributors, including overall
distribution agreements, sales incentive agreements
 Ensure adequate product training is provided for distributor sales teams
and customers
 Ensure technical support is provided by company technical team and/or
external consultants for distributors and customers

Beijing, Hong Kong, Ho Chi Minh City
 Identify and maintain regular contact with key influencers across Indonesia
(private consultants, university and regulatory personnel, nutritionists and
other thought leaders)
 Maintain awareness of current and emerging competitor products and
marketplace needs and trends relevant to the animal health industry


Reports To

 Bachelor’s degree in veterinary science, animal science or related area
 Direct experience in animal health, agriculture related industries will be an
 Minimum of ten years of experience in B2B sales.
