Responsibilites

1. Drives execution of key priorities and sales opportunities for both online & offline business: vet clinic & pet shop chain, online and offline key clients.
2. Be able to lead the accounts and drive mutual performance objective, annual target and milestone globally.
3. In addition to full account management including performance tracking and issue solving.
4. Initiating, developing and managing mutually beneficial relationships with chains and all the other stakeholders
5. To look after and prospect for new national and regional chains and assess their potential and develop a healthy partnership

Qualifications

1. Solid key account management experience, strong knowledge of the pet care industry and channel distribution.
2. 5-8 years related working experience in pet care industry with client resource.
3. Systematic thinking in Sales management and Collaborative innovation
4. Bachelor’s degree or above
5. Strong negotiation and influencing skills
6. Strong problem-solving skills with logical mindset
7. Ability to demonstrate professional presentation
8. Ability to adjust different communication methods depending on the stakeholders
9. Hungry to success but humble.
10. A desire to learn new things and improving yourself
11. Integrity is fundamentally important to you
12. You are naturally inspiring
13. Willing to travel.
14. English reading and writing preferred.
