1. Develop annual business plan to Plan for development.
 Contact potential customers to increase sales of the products in their area.
 Analyze customer needs to provide them appropriate products.
 Plan meetings with potential clients to present the company’s products.
 After visits or calls, complete the customer database to make an appropriate follow up.
 Ensures the sale of the company’s products to customers.
 Performs after-sales service to customers to ensure their satisfaction.
 Prepares weekly and monthly sales reports.
 Work closely with company’s distributors and customers to help support their business and their customers businesses (sub-distributors, farms, and feed mills).
 Develop strong relationships with key businesses across the Vietnam market.
 Attend conferences, trade shows and local events to help build the company’s brand and promote company’s technology to the industry.
 Assist in training of distributors, customers, and influencers to communicate the benefits of company’s programs: Care, Peak, Cycle.
 Establishes, develops, and maintains effective strategic relationships with key external partners, such as governments, universities, research centers, distribution partner’s technical teams.
 Monitor market trends and competition, forecast, analyzing needs of customers.
 Sharing market information – reporting key market information to company (including updating CRM).
 Assist in the development of marketing communication tools required in the market.
2. Company representation
 Search for new information about the products offered by the company and new products on the market.
 Represents the company to various associations of animal nutrition.
 Coordinates the logistics of a booth in the events in which it is representing the company.
 Provides a presence when the company is holding a booth and presents the products offered.
 Powered different training/demonstrations to customers.
3. Specific conditions related to the position
 Frequent travel within the assigned territory
 Travel required on an irregular schedule


 Graduation in Animal Science, Agribusiness, or related.
 The successful candidates will have technical and production knowledge and experience of the Vietnamese swine and poultry industries
 Possess above average communication and presentation skills
 Ability to work independently but be actively part of a dynamic team
