Responsibilites
Plan and implement the monogastric technical services, trainings, and programs to support China business development together with sales and marketing teams
Work together with team members to plan and implement applied research projects or field trials in monogastric species
Provide support and contribute on other research or technical programs based on specific needs, may not limited to monogastric relevant projects
Connect with global technical experts and translate/localize monogastric solutions to meet the particular needs of the market.
Travel to feed mills/operations across China and to make strong links, on behalf of company, with key partners in the Chinese monogastric sector.
Improve the nutrition performance of the Chinese monogastric sector.
Complete any other tasks delegated by department head or company management team.
Qualifications
PhD degree in monogastric animal nutrition and physiology (mainly in pig and poultry);
At least 2 years related working experience in a technical service position.
Excellent oral and written English.
The overseas study or working experience will be a plus.
Potential candidate should be self-motivated, team-working and can work independently.
Good personality and communication style that could work inter/intra-departments, especially with sales team, global research & technical team, and customers.
