 7+ years of Business Operations management with Philippines poultry and swine integrators and commercial feed mills.
 10+ years of sales, business planning, and policy development in multinational company promoting animal feed, protein, or health products to livestock customers, feed mills, growers, and integrators, with a species focus.
 Works with other company colleagues to plan and execute the Philippines sales growth plan and lead market activities. Drive regulatory approvals in key market segments.
 Coordinates local promotional activities with company marketing and technical service to identify, analyze and present company solutions and programs that result in a successful commercial relationship with selected or assigned customers.
 Collects customer feedback and develop end user pricing strategy.
 Works with customer service and logistic team to coordinate customer shipments and communicate special customer considerations.
 Identify opportunities for new products, markets and product improvements to support innovation and business growth. Ensure that legal entity is profitable.
 Plan and execute approved 1 – 3 year sales plan and achieve current year primary product business plan goals. Achieve the current year product business plan of company product by a certain date. Achieve secondary product business plan for the current year. Continue to develop business relationships with all levels of customer staff to develop competitive
insights and leverage these to further develop business opportunities within those customers.
 Analyze and develop an annual sales plan to achieve specific customer volumes in Philippines market for a certain list of top growth opportunities. Fully understand the customer’s needs, business plans and align company business strategy with customer plans.
Work cross-functionally with the Regional Sales Director – APEC, to request and get needed support from company team members (e.g. technical, marketing, customer service, regulatory affairs, etc.). Define, identify, and prioritize initiatives for growth as opportunities with targeted customers evolve throughout the year, providing mutually beneficial benefits to the customer and company. Adjust targets to be able to take advantage of opportunities. Assure that the company brand and branded products are
always presented in a professional, positive and sustainable manner by focusing on company Programs and Solutions.
 Marketing Team Participation: Gather, analyze, and present relevant competitor’s update and activities that may affect company. Market penetration, brand positioning, pricing or profitability.
 Competitors/Market Information: Gather, analyze, and present relevant market information, pricing, and competitor activity for company product lines. Monitor changes in laws, industry trends, government standards or actions of industry associations that may affect the use of our products.
 Product Promotions and Technical Detailing: Plan and execute promotions and technical detailing of company product lines with local area distributors to optimize targeted market coverage;
 Technical Team Collaboration: In cooperation with Regional Technical Services Manager and Regional Sales Director – APEC, collaborate and identify Technical Services priorities to the clients and help in conducting trials for improvement of company products positioning in Philippines. Recommend and enable specific program solutions as well as quality
technical after-sales services to key end users.
 Technical Assistance: Recommend and execute technical assistance to key accounts via product trials, seminars, product presentation and round-table discussions.
 Company External Partnerships: Continually work to minimize SG&A spending to increase bottom line. Achieve days outstanding (credit) agreed to target days by certain date. Build,
 plan, maintain, monitor, and report company participation in external partnerships and evaluate participation strategy.
 Customer Relationships: Plan, direct, and identify and interrelate with key consultants and influencers to enhance market presence and penetration in company current and potential customers. Effectively use company Sales Process to keep customer and market information up to date.
 Evaluate and select Vietnam key accounts for maximum revenue growth in the current year.
 Build business plan for key accounts with country potential and key account priority for future organization, investment, representation to maximize revenue potential.
 Review and recommend market channel partner strategy for in direct business
 Evaluate and prioritize Primary Channel Partner for Integrator, premix, and other potential market players
