Responsibilites

 Be responsible achieving personal quarterly/annual sales targets.
 Identify and develop new potential China distributors.
 Maintain and develop cooperation with existing partners to further strengthen these sales channels.
 Become an expert adviser to customers on optimal climate solution for Swine production.
 Besides, you will participate in marketing activities (exhibitions, road shows, seminars, etc.) and conduct market surveys and continuously update management on market status as for both development and trends.

Qualifications

 Have a MA or BA degree in business and/or agriculture from a leading city university.
 Have a minimum of 8 years industry (Agriculture/Swine) experience.
 Successful individual with a clear track record of meeting personal KPIs. Accustomed to working with, and achieving, clear and measurable sales targets.
 Native Chinese with Fluency in English (written as well as spoken). Be able to travel overseas.
 Master MS Office and CAD software and have a general flair for IT.
 Are highly business-oriented and competent in negotiating complex commercial contracts.
 Dynamic and outgoing, and able to spot a potential that can be transformed into proposed solutions for customers.
 Are able to work independently, have a great work capacity and are good at creating contacts and long-lasting relationships across organizations and cultures.
