Responsibilites
Work closely with company distributors to help support their business and their customers businesses (distributors, farms and feed mills)
Develop strong relationships with key businesses in northern Vietnam
Attend conferences, trade shows and local events to help build the company brand and promote company technology to the industry
Assist in training of distributors, customers and influencers to communicate the benefits of company solutions
Monitor market trends and competition, forecast, analysing needs of customers
Forecast, follow-up and develop new sales.
Sharing market information – reporting key market information to company (including updating CRM with relevant information)
Help support local trials including working with universities, feed companies and farms to assess the benefit of company technologies
Establish, develop and maintain effective strategic relationships with key external partners, such as governments, universities, research centers, distribution partner’s technical teams
Qualifications
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in agriculture as a minimum or the equivalent
Technical (Nutrition) and production (Feed) systems knowledge
Seven years of sales and Technical experience in the Vietnam market (Feed Additive Industry)
International influences and recognition from peers in the industry
Bilingual (including English)
Leadership, creativity and autonomous
Specific Requirements
Work from a home office.
Work remotely with his manager (based in Vietnam) and the rest of the company team based in the region.
Availability to work on a flexible schedule (evenings, week-ends) since it will require often exchanges with other global divisions of company.
