Responsibilites

 Formulate a strategy and action plan together with SVP QRILL Sales
 Overall responsible for implementing strategy and sales activities in the market in China
 Represent QRILL Aqua in China
 Member of QRILL Asia group
 Accurate and regular sales forecasting for customers and prospects in China
 Cooperate closely with the QRILL marketing team who are responsible for the overall marketing plan for China.
 Retain and develop existing customers
 Develop assigned Key customers
 Identify prospective new customers and turn interest into sales
 Identify and update market demand and customer needs
 Update HQ (management, departments and key functions) with understanding of what it takes to develop the market.
 Negotiate terms and agreements and close sales contracts. Ensure communication with relevant departments to verify terms
 Handle purchase orders from customers
 Ensure proper information is forwarded to the Customer Care team for handling of the order
 Ensure proper follow-up with customer to ensure customer satisfaction and recurring sales
 Handle requests from customers regarding product information
 Communicate and cooperate across departments and within the QRILL Sales department.
 Interact with the R&D and Marketing departments to develop and execute respective strategies.
 Together with Marketing – Increase the awareness of QRILL in the China market Initiate participation on trade shows and other marketing activities
 Ensure that all sales and transactions carried out in the regions are fully compliant according to all relevant standards.
 Ensure sales forecasts are kept updated and communicated to relevant departments
 Follow-up on monthly business reporting – budget vs actual and Key Performance Indicators (KPI). If deviations occur ensure proper actions are taken
 Analyze statistics or other data to determine level of customer service and customer margins
 Assist in customer complaints and deviation handling process
 Overall responsible for improving and keeping customer service procedures updated

Qualifications

 10 years+ Commercial knowledge and experience
 Strategic thinking
 Insights about China Feed industry
 Ability to lead and execute the sales strategy
 Ability to manage a team
 Ability to use English as working language
 Master’s degree, preferably in business, aquaculture or related areas.
