Responsibilites
You provide strategic direction for the Specialty Feed Additives of our Client and implement the business plans in ASPAC
You develop and execute clearly outlined action plans for each country to realise the sales targets for ASPAC
You identify and establish new business for the Specialty Feed Additives division of our Client within ASPAC – swine, poultry, ruminants, and aquaculture segments
You maintain and elaborate the business relationship with current and future customers with a deep customer understanding
You organise sales and technical visits within the region to ensure that customers are commercially and technically supported to meet both the company’s overall strategy and goals as well as the customers’ needs
You attend local fairs, trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings as an ambassador of our Client and find new business partners and customer
You manage and develop the product portfolio, including execution of the price strategy and local registrations
You guide and coach the team members
You stimulate high-quality results through the team and support the personal and professional development of the team members
Qualifications
You have a master’s degree in Veterinary Medicine/Sciences, Bioengineering, Animal Sciences, Agricultural engineering, and +10 years’ experience in ASPAC in specialty feed additives, premixes or animal/feed production
You must be very commercially driven, with organisational and analytical skills
You are passionate and have experience in animal production and nutrition, with a focus on monogastric (pigs and poultry)
You have a strong and clear strategic vision, and you are able to lead a team and provide strategic direction setting
You are an excellent people manager who develops the team trough passion and experience
You have a strong understanding of the customers and market dynamics and requirements. Strong relationship building and professional network in the animal production industry
You communicate open and transparent
You have a commercial, entrepreneurial and business-driven mindset
You feel very comfortable working in an entrepreneurial and international business environment with excellent collaborative skills
You will be located in Bangkok and you are willing to travel in the ASPAC region 30-50% of the time
You are fluent in English, good understanding of any other Asian language is a benefit
You have experience as a team manager
