Provide technical support to the KA by exchanging information, visiting key customers and resolving critical technical issues when needed
Develop and implement the technical positioning of company’s core products based on sound scientific evidence and aligned to customer’s needs
Identify complex or advanced customer production performance issues and opportunities and engage appropriate support from the team to provide technical solutions
Design and lead trials implementation (including research, customer testing and product development) including analyzing and reporting of trial results
Develop localized or customized package solutions and concepts by combining products, services, tools, and knowledge
Work closely with company’s Global Aqua team to support the development & implementation of technical and R&D strategies in the region
Stay updated on company’s Global product and research developments and work closely with global teams to transfer relevant insight to customers
Provide technical company’s to SEA commercial and distributors teams to help them to get insight on products, services and tools
Network and collaborate with aquaculture experts both internally and externally


Master’s degree or PHD in Aqua Science, Nutrition or Health
Practical experiences in shrimp and/or fish farm management is highly preferable
10 to 15 years similar working experience in SEA Aquaculture supporting customer and product management
Possessing established relationships with key aquaculture integrators and feed mills in SEA is essential
Must have the ability to effectively collaborate with both Regional and Global teams
Capacity to think critically. Must be analytical and have the ability to problem solve in a concise and logical manner
Confident and customer-focused outlook with the ability to present technical and other information to diverse audiences
Strong internal and external (customers, peers in industry) communication and a persuasive style
Ability to work remotely, autonomously and within teams and above all, an ability to just ‘make things happen’
High motivation on taking challenges and conquering of difficulties
Strong innovation skills, with ability to develop localized solutions and concepts according to customer needs
Customer intimacy and commercial sense
