Keep up to date with the latest knowledge of all technical matters related to the use of products
After-sales customer visits to support customers in the use of the products
Keep records of customer visits and work done
Make visit reports for customer and internal use
Visit prospective customers with sales team pre-sale to explain the benefits of our products compared to those of competitors
Comply with all safety regulations and support customers in the safe operation of products
Responsible on technical article translation and update on social media
Internal Training for sales and after sales team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above, prefer major in Dairy Genetics/Animal Science/Animal Husbandry/Veterinarian etc;
Two year plus dairy industry experience is preferred
Proficient EN both oral and writing
Good Communication and Problem-Solving Skills
Prefer Bilingual (English/Chinese)
Full Time Job;
Regular Travel is Required.
